When escalating a support issue and to further investigate our team needs the following log:
1.       Please provide the logfile first:
2. In order to get a Windows log  press Win+R and execute the eventvwr command:
3. Select Application submenu in Windows Log Mode
4.   Seek DME errors records (like the one below):
